Keep your Search Console history past 16 months.

Queryledger puts your Google Search Console data in Google Sheets and backs it up every day, so the clicks and queries Google deletes after 16 months stay in your spreadsheet.

A Queryledger archive tab with 16 months of daily query data and the Backups sidebar

What it does

Daily backups

Copy everything Google still has, then each new day once it's final. Archives only grow. Interrupted runs clean up after themselves, so you never get duplicate days.

Every row

Date, query, page, country, device and search appearance for web, image, video, news, Discover and Google News. No row caps on any plan.

Several sites at once

Pick domain and URL-prefix properties together and get one table with a Property column.

Page groups

Name sections of your site with a regex and get a Page group column, or totals per group with impression-weighted position.

Week over week

Compare two periods in one click: changes in clicks, impressions, CTR and position, and which queries are new or lost.

Filters that work

Type "United States" or "UK" and the right country code goes to Google. Regex is checked before it's sent.

Big sites

A spreadsheet holds 10 million cells. When an archive gets close, it continues in a new spreadsheet (part 2) instead of stopping.

Your data stays yours

Read-only access to Search Console. Data goes from Google into your spreadsheets and never through our servers.

Questions

How far back can a backup go?
As far as Google still keeps, which is 16 months. From the day you add a backup, nothing else is lost. If you pause for longer than 16 months, Queryledger records the gap so you can see it.
When do new days show up?
Google finalizes each day's data 2 to 3 days later. Queryledger checks every hour and adds a day as soon as it's final, so the archive never holds numbers that later change.
What happens when I stop paying?
Backups pause and say why in the Backups tab. Everything already archived stays in your spreadsheets. Subscribe again and the backup catches up on any days Google still has.
Which permissions does it ask for?
Read-only Search Console access, access to the spreadsheets it writes to (so backups can run while the sheet is closed), permission to run on a schedule, and your email for billing. Details in the privacy policy.
Who answers support?
A person, within one business day: hello@greatwork.company.
