Queryledger privacy policy

Last updated October 1, 2026. Queryledger is a Google Sheets add-on made by Great Work LLC.

This page explains what Google user data Queryledger accesses, why, where it goes, and how to remove it. It adds to the Great Work add-ons privacy policy, which covers billing.

What Queryledger accesses

How it's used

Only to provide the reports and backups you asked for. Search Console data is read by Google Apps Script inside Google, under your account, and written into your own spreadsheets. It goes nowhere else.

What reaches our servers

Only your Google account email address and the number of free-trial uses you've made (and, if you subscribe, your Stripe subscription status). Your Search Console data, property names and spreadsheet contents are never sent to or stored on Great Work servers.

What's stored, and where

Sharing

We don't sell, rent or share Google user data. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't use it to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models. No person at Great Work reads your Search Console or spreadsheet data, unless you ask us to for support and give permission, or the law requires it.

Limited Use

Queryledger's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
