What it does
Send the cells you choose
A range like A1:F40, an open-ended range like A2:F that picks up new rows, one tab, or every visible tab.
Table, PDF, Excel or CSV
Put the table right in the email with its colors and bold text, attach a PDF (portrait or landscape, Letter or A4, fit to width), an .xlsx file, a CSV, or any mix.
On your schedule
Every few hours during work hours, daily, weekdays, chosen days, or monthly (including the last day of the month), in the spreadsheet's time zone.
Only when it matters
Skip the send when there are no rows, when nothing changed since last time, or unless a cell crosses a limit, like Summary!B2 > 10000.
One email per person
Point at an Email column and each address gets only its own rows. Useful for sales reps, store managers and clients.
Charts and live numbers
Include the sheet's charts as images, and drop cell values into the subject: Sales for {{date}}: {{Summary!B2}}.

Stop all in this spreadsheet
A menu item under Extensions, so it works even if the sidebar won't load. Any editor can use it, including on reports a colleague set up.
Pause everywhere
One switch pauses every report you own in every spreadsheet, and the All my reports tab lists where they are.
Under the hood, every send checks the report's on/off flag stored in the spreadsheet itself, so a paused report can't keep firing from a forgotten trigger. Reports that fail three times in a row pause themselves and email you why.
Set up in two minutes
- Install the add-on and open any Google Sheet.
- Select the cells to send, then choose Extensions > Scheduled Sheet Reports > Open reports and click New report.
- Pick the format, recipients and time. Click Preview to see exactly what each person gets, and Send test to me to see it in your inbox.
- Tick "I confirm these recipients expect this report" and click Save and schedule.
Google runs add-on schedules once an hour, so a report set for 8 AM goes out between 8:00 and 8:59. Emails are sent from your own Google account and count toward Google's daily sending limit (shown in the sidebar).
Pricing
- Free trial first. 20 scheduled sends or 14 days, whichever comes first. Test sends to yourself and skipped runs don't count. No card needed for the trial.
- What a plan includes: unlimited reports and sends for one Google account, every format and feature above, and email support from a person.
- When the trial ends your reports pause and you get one email saying so. Nothing is charged automatically; you pay only if you choose a plan in Stripe checkout.
- Prices are in US dollars. If sales tax or VAT applies where you live, checkout shows it before you pay.
- Cancel any time from Extensions > Scheduled Sheet Reports > Upgrade or manage billing > Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- UK and EU customers: you can cancel within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund. Email hello@greatwork.company or cancel in Manage billing and ask for the refund; one step, no questions.
