PickMerge fills your own Google Docs template with each row of a sheet or each Google Forms response, saves it as a Doc or PDF, and can email it. It opens only the files you pick, never your whole Drive.

- Write a Google Doc with placeholders that match your column headers, like
{{Client}}and{{Amount}}. Or let PickMerge write a starter template from your columns. - In your sheet, open Extensions > PickMerge and pick the template with Google's file picker.
- Press Check and preview, then Generate. Each row gets its own file in a PickMerge folder in your Drive, and links appear in new columns of your sheet.

Only the files you pick
Most document merge add-ons ask to see, edit and delete all of your Google Drive files. PickMerge uses the Google file picker, so it can open your template and the files it creates, and nothing else.
Your formatting stays
PickMerge copies your template and replaces placeholders in place. Fonts, tables, headers, footers, images and document tabs stay as you designed them. Dates and money look the way your sheet shows them.
No surprises
Preview catches placeholders that don't match a column, with suggestions, before anything is created. Previews never use trial documents.
No duplicates
Rows marked Done are skipped next time. Large sheets run in batches with a progress bar and pick up where they left off.

Annual

Renewal and cancellation
- Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout where the law requires it; the total is shown before you pay.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year.
- Cancel any time in one step: Extensions > PickMerge > Upgrade or manage billing > Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- 14-day right to cancel (UK and EU consumers): you can cancel within 14 days of buying a plan and get a full refund. Email hello@greatwork.company from the Google account you subscribed with.

Your spreadsheet data and documents stay in Google. Our license server only sees your email address and how many documents you have made. Details: PickMerge privacy.

Email hello@greatwork.company. A person replies within 1 business day. Tell us the spreadsheet name and what the PickMerge Status column says, and we'll take it from there.
Common questions
A placeholder stayed blank. Its name must match a column header in row 1 (case and extra spaces don't matter). Check and preview lists any that don't match and suggests the closest column.
Can I use a template someone shared with me? Yes. Pick it in the file picker; PickMerge makes copies in your Drive.
How many emails can I send? Google limits how many emails an account sends per day (about 100 for personal Gmail, 1,500 for Google Workspace). PickMerge shows how many you have left and marks any rows it couldn't email so you can send them the next day.
What counts as a trial document? Each row PickMerge merges (its Doc and/or PDF, plus its email) counts as one. Previews don't count.
