Tokenmend privacy policy
Last updated 2026-10-05. Tokenmend is a Figma plugin made by Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709 (hello@greatwork.company).
Your files
Tokenmend reads the open file's local variable collections, variables and styles (names, values, descriptions, scopes and code syntax) and, to count usage, the layers on every page: which variables they bind, which styles they use, and the prototype actions that refer to variables. It changes your file only when you apply a change. Token files you import are read inside the plugin. Exports (token files and code) are made inside the plugin, on your computer, and saved or copied where you choose. Nothing from your file, no names, values, layers or text, is sent to us or anyone else.
What the plugin stores
- In Figma's plugin storage on your computer (figma.clientStorage): your options (convert, export format and code syntax templates), your trial counter, your license key and a cached copy of your license status.
- Nothing is stored in your Figma file apart from the changes you apply.
What we receive
- License checks (addons.greatwork.company): your license key, the product id, your Figma user id and display name (so the buyer can see which accounts use their seats), and your IP address in server logs kept for up to 14 days.
- Purchases: Stripe collects your name, email and payment details on its own checkout page. We store your email, the Stripe customer and subscription ids, your license key (as a one-way hash) and its activations.
We keep purchase and license records while your license exists and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Email hello@greatwork.company to see or delete your data.
Third parties
- stripe.com: payments and billing portal
- resend.com: sends your license key and billing links by email
- DigitalOcean (New York): hosts addons.greatwork.company
No analytics, advertising or AI services are used, and we never sell data.
Changes
We'll update the date above and, for material changes, email license holders.
