Bulk font replace and audit for Figma

Scan your selection, a page or the whole file and see every font in it: each family and style, how many layers use it, on which pages and in which text styles. Then replace one font with another everywhere it's used. Fontmend maps every weight to the closest style in the new font, shows you the count before anything changes, and makes the whole run one undo.

What you get

• A font audit with layer and character counts, pages and text styles, as a list in the panel or a CSV
• Missing fonts listed first, each with a Fix that swaps in any font you have
• Replace a whole family or one style; Regular becomes Book, Semi Bold the nearest weight, italics stay italic
• A mapping table you can change row by row before you replace
• Mixed text handled per character, so a bold word in a sentence stays bold
• Local text styles change too, so every layer using them follows
• Main components change so their instances follow; instance overrides are kept unless you choose to replace them
• Optional size scaling, with pixel line heights and letter spacing scaled to match
• Locked and hidden layers skipped or included, your choice
• A report of what changed and what couldn't: library components and styles, fonts set by variables, overrides, locked layers. Select them in one click, or download the report

Buying here gets you a license key by email. Buying inside the app links the plan to your account. Change or cancel any time in Manage billing.

7-day free trial with 5 replace runs of up to 200 text layers each, starting with your first run. Scanning, the audit, previews and reports are always free. Then $9 a month or $72 a year per designer, billed by Great Work LLC through Stripe. Buying for a team? Choose the number of seats at checkout; one license key covers them all. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Manage billing. Refunds and switching between monthly and annual: email us and a person handles it.

Fontmend reads and changes fonts inside Figma. Nothing about your file is uploaded. The plugin only contacts addons.greatwork.company to check your license key. Privacy policy and terms.
