Privacy

What we store: which app you use, how many trial uses you've made, and an identifier for your account: the email address of your Google account, or, for apps that sign in with Microsoft, your Microsoft account and organization (tenant) ids and email. If you buy, we store your Stripe customer and subscription ids and status, and the email you bought with.

License keys: if you buy with a license key, we store a one-way hash of the key (never the key itself), how many activations it allows, and for each activation the device, site or account identifier the app sends and a short label such as "Mac".

What we don't store: the contents of your documents, spreadsheets, sites, emails or files. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.

Who we share it with: Stripe, to process payments, and our email provider, to send license keys and billing links you ask for. Nobody else. We don't sell data or use it for ads.

Google user data: Great Work's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Deleting your data: email hello@greatwork.company from the account in question and we'll delete it within 30 days (we keep billing records the law requires).
