Your Google Calendar, as an hours report you can invoice from
Hourplot reads the calendars you pick and writes hours, billable time and amounts per client into Google Sheets. Weekly, monthly, or any dates you choose.

Rules find the client from a word in the title, the event's color, a guest's company domain or the calendar. The rest can be grouped by "Client: ..." title prefixes.
An hourly rate per client, a default rate, non-billable clients, 18 currencies.
Round each event up or to the nearest 6, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes, with an optional minimum per event.
Hours, billable hours and amounts per client, with totals and a breakdown by day, week or month.
Date, start, end, hours, client, rate, amount, title, calendar, color and guests. Add your own columns; they stay with their event.
Rerun a period and its rows are replaced. Other months stay as they are.
Overlapping events are flagged, and you can count shared time once instead of twice.
Every Monday for the week before, or on the 1st for the month before, into the same tabs.
How to use it

- Tick the calendars to count and pick a period (last week, last month, last quarter or any dates).
- Add a rule or two for your clients and type their rates.
- Click Preview to check the numbers, then Create report.
What we fixed
We read the reviews of the calendar export add-ons people use today. These are the complaints, and what Hourplot does instead.
- "I paid and the add-on didn't recognize it." Hourplot unlocks within seconds of checkout, by itself. The sidebar shows which Google account your plan belongs to, and "I've paid, check now" re-checks with Stripe on the spot.
- "It only exported 10 events before asking for money." The trial is the whole product: 10 complete reports with every event, any calendars and any period.
- "They didn't say it was paid." The price is on this page, in the listing and in the sidebar before you start.
- "No instructions." Four numbered steps in the sidebar, a Preview button and a help page.
- "It wants full access to my calendar." Hourplot can only read your calendars. It can't create, change or delete events.
- "Support never answered." A person replies within one business day at hello@greatwork.company.

Questions
Can Google Calendar total my hours by itself?
Calendar's Time Insights shows rough time breakdowns on some paid Workspace plans, but it doesn't export, doesn't know your clients or rates, and isn't available on personal accounts. Hourplot works on any Google account.
Which events count?
Timed events on the calendars you tick, inside the period. Declined events, out-of-office and working-location entries are skipped. All-day events are skipped unless you count them as a number of hours per day. You can also skip events marked Free and anything with a keyword like "lunch".
What about an event that runs past midnight at the end of the month?
Only the part inside the period counts, so September's report and October's report never count the same hour twice.
Can it use calendars other people shared with me?
Yes, any calendar where you can see event details. Calendars shared as free/busy only can't be read and are greyed out.
Does it change my calendar?
No. Hourplot has read-only access to Calendar. It writes only to the spreadsheet you open it in, into its own two tabs.
I paid and it still says trial. What do I do?
Open Extensions > Hourplot > Plans and billing and click "I've paid, check now". If you paid with a different Google account than the one in the sidebar, email us and we'll move the plan the same business day.
