Great Work LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Texwell LaTeX Equations add-in for Microsoft Word and PowerPoint ("Texwell") during your trial and while your plan is paid, for your own work and your organization's work. Equations you create with Texwell are yours, with no restriction, including after your plan ends.
Texwell comes with a trial of 25 equations or 14 days, whichever comes first. After that, inserting new equations needs a paid plan: $14.99 per month or $119 per year per person, or the same amounts per seat for teams. Plans are billed by Great Work LLC through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled in Manage billing; you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds, cancellations, team plans and license keys work as described in our Terms, which are part of this agreement.
A personal plan covers one Microsoft account. A team plan covers as many people in the buyer's organization as seats paid for. A license key works on up to 3 computers per seat. Don't share keys beyond the seats you bought.
Don't resell or sublicense Texwell, get around its licensing, or use it to break the law or anyone's rights.
How Texwell handles data is described in the Texwell privacy policy.
Texwell is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Check important equations before you publish or submit them. To the extent the law allows, Great Work LLC's total liability is limited to what you paid for Texwell in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
If we change Texwell's pricing or licensing terms, existing users keep the functionality they have at the price they pay. You can stop using Texwell any time by removing the add-in and canceling your plan. We may end this license if you break it.
This agreement is between you and Great Work LLC only. Microsoft is not a party to it and is not responsible for Texwell or its support.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
