Great Work LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Rowkiln Document Merge add-in for Microsoft Word and Excel ("Rowkiln") during your trial and while your plan is paid, for your own work and your organization's work. Your templates, data and the documents you make are yours.
Rowkiln comes with a trial of 50 documents or 14 days, whichever comes first. After that, making documents needs a paid plan: Standard $12/month or $120/year (100 documents a month), Pro $32/month or $320/year (1,000 documents a month), Business $84/month or $840/year (unlimited documents), or team seats at $45/month or $450/year per person (Pro for each person). Plans are billed by Great Work LLC through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled in Manage billing; you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC) and don't roll over. Refunds, cancellations, team plans and license keys work as described in our Terms, which are part of this agreement.
A personal plan covers one Microsoft account. A team plan covers as many people in the buyer's organization as seats paid for. A license key works on up to 3 computers per seat, and its monthly allowance is the plan's allowance times its seats. Don't share keys beyond the seats you bought.
Rowkiln fills your template with your data on your computer. You're responsible for the content of your templates and data, for having the right to use the personal data in them, and for checking the preview before you send documents to anyone. Don't use Rowkiln to make anything unlawful or deceptive.
Don't resell or sublicense Rowkiln, get around its licensing or allowances, or use it to break the law or anyone's rights.

Rowkiln is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Great Work LLC's total liability is limited to what you paid for Rowkiln in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
If we change Rowkiln's pricing or licensing terms, existing users keep the functionality they have at the price they pay. You can stop using Rowkiln any time by removing the add-in and canceling your plan. We may end this license if you break it.
This agreement is between you and Great Work LLC only. Microsoft is not a party to it and is not responsible for Rowkiln or its support.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
