Sightwell for Framer privacy policy

Your project

Sightwell reads the open project's pages, layers, text, images and their alt text, links, text and color styles, CMS collections and items, the default locale and the publish addresses. It changes your project only when you apply a fix. Reports are made inside the plugin and saved where you choose. Nothing from your project (no text, images, layers or CMS content) is sent to us or anyone else.

Published pages

When you click Read published pages, the plugin sends the addresses of your published pages to Great Work's page reader at addons.greatwork.company. The reader fetches each page from your public site and returns only its head (title, description, social tags, language). It stores no addresses or page content and doesn't log the addresses it fetches.

What the plugin stores

• In the plugin's own browser storage (localStorage on its framercdn.com address): your trial counter, your license key and a cached copy of your license status.
• Nothing in your Framer project apart from the fixes you apply. The license key is never put in shared project data.

What we receive

• License checks: your license key, the product id, your Framer user id and display name (so the buyer can see which accounts use their seats), and your IP address in server logs kept for up to 14 days.
• Purchases: Stripe collects your name, email and payment details on its own checkout page. We store your email, the Stripe customer and subscription ids, your license key (as a one-way hash) and its activations.

We keep purchase and license records while your license exists and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Email hello@greatwork.company to see or delete your data.

• stripe.com: payments and billing portal
• resend.com: sends your license key and billing links by email
• DigitalOcean (New York): hosts addons.greatwork.company, the license server and the page reader

No analytics, advertising or AI services are used, and we never sell data.
