Google Forms responses, filed in Notion.
Formshelf for Notion turns every response to your Google Form into a page in your Notion database, a few seconds after it's submitted. Each answer lands in the property you choose, uploads are linked, times stay in your time zone, and edited responses update the same page.
Email us to get Formshelf for NotionFree trial: 100 responses or 14 days, whichever comes first. No card needed. Then $8/month or $69/year. You're only charged if you pick a plan.
What it does
Every answer in its place
Text, numbers, choices as select and multi-select, dates, checkboxes, emails, phone numbers, links and files. Obvious matches are set for you, and the title is never blank.
File uploads included
Uploaded files arrive on the page as links to the files in your Drive, in a Files property and in the page body.
Your time zone
A 2:30 PM answer is 2:30 PM in Notion, not shifted to UTC. The submit time uses your zone too.
Edits update, not duplicate
When a respondent edits their answers, the same page updates. Your own changes, like Status, stay.
Nothing is lost
If Notion is down, your connection is removed or your trial ends, responses wait in a queue and go out with one click.
Build both sides
Create a Notion database shaped like your form in one click, or add form questions for Notion properties your form doesn't ask yet.

Help
My database isn't in the list
Notion only lets an integration see databases you have shared with it. In Notion, open the database, click the ••• menu, choose Connections and add Formshelf (or your own integration). Then click Reload list, or paste the database link with Paste a link.
The sidebar says Notion stopped accepting the connection
Someone removed the connection in Notion, or the integration was deleted. Connect again in step 1 and click Send waiting responses. Every response that arrived in the meantime is still waiting.
A property stayed empty
Each property only offers questions that can fill it (a Number property needs a number, an Email property an email address). The activity log says why a value was left out. Notion can't create new Status options through its API, so a Status gets only values it already has.
Who can see uploaded files?
Google stores uploads in the form owner's Drive. The Notion page links to them, so viewers need access to those files in Drive.
My teammate also edits this form
Delivery uses the Notion connection and plan of the person who turned it on, and the sidebar shows who that is. Others can see the setup but not change it, so nobody creates duplicate pages by accident.
Privacy
Formshelf can only open the form you use it in. Responses go from Google straight to Notion; Great Work's servers never receive them. Our billing service sees your Google account email and a count of delivered responses. Details: privacy for this add-on.
