What it does

Notify anyone

As many recipients as you want, with To, Cc and Bcc. Google's built-in notification only emails the form owner.

Route by answer

"Department is Sales" goes to sales@. "Budget is greater than 5000" goes to your manager. Combine conditions with all or any.

Confirm to respondents

Send each respondent a copy of their answers and a link to edit their response.

Your words, their answers

Plain text or HTML templates with placeholders like {{Full name}} and {{answers}}. File uploads arrive as links.

Daily digest

Prefer one email a day? Get every response from the last 24 hours in a single message.

A log you can trust

Every email, skip and error is listed, so "did it send?" always has an answer.

Set it up in a minute

  1. Install Form Mailroom, open your form, then choose Extensions > Form Mailroom > Set up notifications.
  2. Add recipients. Add rules if different answers should go to different people. To email an address the respondent typed, put the question in braces, like {{Manager email}}.
  3. Optional: on the Confirm tab, send respondents a copy of their answers. On the Digest tab, turn on a daily summary.
  4. Click Send test to me to see a real email in your inbox.
  5. Click Review and turn on. You'll see every recipient and a preview. Tick the box and turn it on. Change a recipient later and sending pauses until you approve the change.

Pricing

$49 per year

About $4.08 a month. Unlimited forms, rules and recipients for one Google account.

$5.99 per month

Same features, billed monthly.

Free trial

100 form responses or 14 days, whichever comes first. No card needed.

No surprise charges. We never charge you unless you start a checkout yourself. The add-on shows your trial status from the first minute, and when the trial ends it pauses (it doesn't charge) and tells you once by email. Responses that arrive while paused are kept in a list and can be sent with one click after you subscribe.

Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. Cancel any time from Plans and billing in the add-on, in one step. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Right to cancel (UK and EU). If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you can cancel within 14 days of buying and get a full refund. Email hello@greatwork.company or cancel in Plans and billing and reply to the receipt.

Mistakes. Charged twice or by accident? Email us and we'll refund it.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Help

Who do the emails come from?

Your own Google account, with the sender name you choose. Replies come back to you, or to the respondent if you pick "Reply to the respondent".

How many emails can I send?

Google sets the limit: about 100 recipients a day for personal Gmail accounts and 1,500 for Google Workspace accounts. Every recipient counts. The sidebar shows how many you have left today, and anything over the limit is held back and can be sent the next day.

The respondent didn't get a confirmation.

The form needs to collect email addresses (Settings > Responses), or you need to pick the question that asks for an email on the Confirm tab. The Log tab shows the reason for any skipped email.

Can collaborators change the setup?

Notifications belong to the person who turned them on, so nobody gets duplicate emails. Collaborators can see the setup; the owner of the notifications makes changes.

Still stuck?

Email hello@greatwork.company. A person replies within one business day.
