How it works
1. Pick a question
Open your form, then Extensions, Choicefeed. Click any dropdown, multiple choice, checkbox or grid question.
2. Pick the sheet
Choose the spreadsheet with Google's file picker, then the tab and column. No sheet yet? Choicefeed can make one from the options you have.
3. Preview and save
See the exact list and what changes. Save, and Choicefeed keeps it in sync on your schedule.
What you can do
- Sync every hour, every few hours, daily at a set time, or after each response.
- Combine columns into one label, like "Ava Martinez (5A)".
- Only use rows that match, like "Status is Available".
- Sort A to Z, or in number order so Room 2 comes before Room 10.
- Remove duplicates, blank rows and stray spaces automatically.
- Remove options people already picked, so each slot or item goes to one person.
- Fill the rows or the columns of a grid question.
- Keep "go to section" rules on options that stay.
- See every change in a change log.
Built not to break your form
Choicefeed never empties a question. If the sheet comes back empty (wrong tab, a filter that matches nothing, a sheet in the middle of an edit), your question keeps its options and the sidebar tells you why. An update that would remove more than half of a long list waits for you to confirm it. Errors are shown in plain language, never silently.

Private by design
Choicefeed can open only the spreadsheets you pick with Google's file picker, or that you create from the sidebar. It can't see or list anything else in your Drive, and it works only on the form you have open. Your sheet, form and responses are never copied to our servers. The only thing we receive is your email address, to check your plan.
Pricing
14 days or 100 updates, whichever comes first. An update is a sync that changed your form; checks that find nothing new don't count. No card needed.

Renewal and cancellation
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the same price until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from the billing page (Plans and billing in the add-on menu). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you are in the UK or EU, you can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund (your right to cancel). Email hello@greatwork.company.
- If your trial ends and you don't buy, nothing is charged. Syncing pauses and your form keeps its current options.
