Prepresso privacy policy

Your designs

Prepresso asks Figma for renders of the frames you select and reads layer details for the preflight check (sizes, fonts, effects, image sizes, colours and paint style names). It builds the PDF inside the plugin window on your computer and saves it with a normal download. Your designs and PDFs are never sent to us or anyone else.

To capture artwork that runs past a frame's edge, the plugin makes a temporary copy of the frame and deletes it straight away. It never changes your layers.

Colour profiles

When you pick a printing condition, the plugin downloads that profile from the International Color Consortium's public registry (registry.color.org). The request contains only the profile's file name; the ICC sees your IP address as with any web request.

What the plugin stores

• In Figma's plugin storage on your computer (figma.clientStorage): your export settings, including spot colour names; your trial counter; your license key and a cached copy of your license status; and the last colour profile if it's small enough.
• Nothing is stored in your Figma file.

What we receive

• License checks (addons.greatwork.company): your license key, the product id, your Figma user id and display name (so the buyer can see which accounts use their seats), and your IP address in server logs kept for up to 14 days.
• Purchases: Stripe collects your name, email and payment details on its own checkout page. We store your email, the Stripe customer and subscription ids, your license key (as a one-way hash) and its activations.

We keep purchase and license records while your license exists and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Email hello@greatwork.company to see or delete your data.

No analytics, advertising or AI services are used, and we never sell data.
