Exportwell privacy policy

Your designs

Exportwell asks Figma to render the layers you select and compresses them inside the plugin window on your computer. Images, layer names and file contents are never sent to us or to anyone else. The plugin never changes your Figma file.

What the plugin stores on your computer

In Figma's plugin storage (figma.clientStorage): your export settings, your trial counter, your license key and a cached copy of your license status. Removing the plugin removes this data.

What we receive

• License checks (addons.greatwork.company): your license key, the product id, your Figma user id and display name (so the buyer can see which accounts use their seats), and your IP address in server logs kept for up to 14 days.
• Purchases: Stripe collects your name, email and payment details on its own checkout page. We store your email, the Stripe customer and subscription ids, your license key (as a one-way hash) and its activations.

We keep purchase and license records while your license exists and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Email hello@greatwork.company to see or delete your data.

• DigitalOcean (New York): hosts addons.greatwork.company

No analytics, advertising or AI services are used, and we never sell data.
