Sendkiln privacy policy

Your designs and images

Sendkiln reads the email frame you select (its layers, text, colours, links and the variables its colours use) and asks Figma to render its images. The HTML, the plain text, the preview and any ZIP are made inside the plugin window on your computer. Nothing from your file, no text and no image, is sent to us or anyone else. You save the files yourself and host the images wherever you choose.

To render a background picture on its own, Sendkiln briefly adds a rectangle to the page and removes it again straight away.

If you turn on Google Fonts, the HTML you export includes a link to fonts.googleapis.com that your recipients' mail apps may load. The plugin itself never contacts Google.

What the plugin stores

• In Figma's plugin storage on your computer (figma.clientStorage): your settings, your trial counter, your license key and a cached copy of your license status.
• In your Figma file, on each email frame you set them for: the subject, preheader, image base URL and background colour you typed, and a relaunch button after you export. These stay in the file, visible to anyone with access to it, until you clear the fields or delete the frame.

What we receive

• License checks (addons.greatwork.company): your license key, the product id, your Figma user id and display name (so the buyer can see which accounts use their seats), and your IP address in server logs kept for up to 14 days.
• Purchases: Stripe collects your name, email and payment details on its own checkout page. We store your email, the Stripe customer and subscription ids, your license key (as a one-way hash) and its activations.

We keep purchase and license records while your license exists and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Email hello@greatwork.company to see or delete your data.

No analytics, advertising or AI services are used, and we never sell data.
