Sheetwell privacy policy

Your designs and your data

Sheetwell reads the names and values of the layers you bind and writes your data into them when you click Fill. Data you paste or upload is read inside the plugin window on your computer and is never sent to us or anyone else.

When you link a Google Sheet, the plugin reads it directly from Google's Sheets API. When you link a JSON file, it reads it from that site (GitHub or npoint). Image URLs in your data are downloaded directly from their host. None of these requests pass through Great Work's servers, and those sites see your IP address as with any web request.

What the plugin stores

• In Figma's plugin storage on your computer (figma.clientStorage): your settings (including the last Sheets or JSON link), your trial counter, your license key and a cached copy of your license status.
• In your Figma file: on copies, which template they came from; on a template, the last Sheets or JSON link and its title, so you can reload it. Pasted data is not stored.

What we receive

• License checks (addons.greatwork.company): your license key, the product id, your Figma user id and display name (so the buyer can see which accounts use their seats), and your IP address in server logs kept for up to 14 days.
• Purchases: Stripe collects your name, email and payment details on its own checkout page. We store your email, the Stripe customer and subscription ids, your license key (as a one-way hash) and its activations.

We keep purchase and license records while your license exists and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Email hello@greatwork.company to see or delete your data.

Third parties

• stripe.com: payments and billing portal
• resend.com: sends your license key and billing links by email
• DigitalOcean (New York): hosts addons.greatwork.company
• Google (Sheets API), GitHub, npoint and the image hosts you use: only the requests you trigger by linking them

No analytics, advertising or AI services are used, and we never sell data.
