Bannerkiln privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-05. Bannerkiln is a Figma plugin made by Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709 (hello@greatwork.company).

Your files

Bannerkiln reads the frames you select and their top-level layers: names, positions, sizes, rotation, opacity, blend modes, fills, strokes, effects, text and fonts, and the prototype timing on the frames. It asks Figma for pictures of those layers and frames. To picture part of a frame it makes a temporary copy, exports it and deletes it at once; your design is never changed. The ads (HTML, pictures, manifest files, ZIPs and backup images) are made inside the plugin, on your computer, and saved where you choose. Nothing from your file, no names, pictures, text or landing pages, is sent to us or anyone else.

What the plugin stores

• In Figma's plugin storage on your computer (figma.clientStorage): your options (network, landing page, budget, timing defaults), your trial counter, your license key and a cached copy of your license status.
• In your Figma file: the keyframe timing you set in the panel, saved on those frames.

The ads you export

The ads Bannerkiln writes contain no tracking of their own and load nothing from the internet, except the scripts Adform and Flashtalking require in ads made for them (loaded from those companies when the ad runs in their ad servers).

What we receive

• License checks (addons.greatwork.company): your license key, the product id, your Figma user id and display name (so the buyer can see which accounts use their seats), and your IP address in server logs kept for up to 14 days.
• Purchases: Stripe collects your name, email and payment details on its own checkout page. We store your email, the Stripe customer and subscription ids, your license key (as a one-way hash) and its activations.

We keep purchase and license records while your license exists and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Email hello@greatwork.company to see or delete your data.

No analytics, advertising or AI services are used, and we never sell data.
